Welcome to RiRi. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RiRi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using RiRi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About RiRi
RiRi is a community-driven delivery platform that connects users with local vendors offering healthy food, groceries, and everyday essentials. RiRi facilitates orders and deliveries but does not manufacture or prepare products unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility & User Accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use RiRi.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• RiRi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Orders & Transactions
• Orders placed through RiRi are fulfilled by third-party vendors.
• Product availability, pricing, and preparation are determined by vendors.
• Users are responsible for ensuring order details and delivery information are accurate.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification may not always be possible depending on vendor policies.
4. Payments
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• RiRi does not store full payment details.
• Prices, delivery fees, and applicable charges are displayed before checkout.
Refunds and adjustments are subject to platform and vendor policies.
5. Food, Grocery & Wellness Products
• Vendors are responsible for product quality, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
• RiRi does not guarantee the suitability of products for individual dietary needs or allergies.
• Users with allergies or sensitivities should review product details carefully and contact vendors when necessary.
RiRi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
• RiRi is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.
• Users must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location.
7. Emergency Hotline Feature
RiRi may provide access to public emergency contact information for convenience and informational purposes only.
• RiRi does not operate or manage emergency services
• Response times and outcomes are not guaranteed
• Users are encouraged to use emergency hotlines responsibly
RiRi is not liable for actions taken by third-party emergency service providers.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Misuse or interfere with the platform’s operation
• Harass, abuse, or harm vendors, riders, or other users
RiRi reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and platform features are the property of RiRi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• RiRi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• RiRi is not responsible for vendor actions, product quality, or delivery outcomes
• Use of the Service is at your own risk
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
RiRi does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation at all times.
12. Termination
RiRi may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

RiRi may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app or on the website with an updated date. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
